In autumn, the brilliant maple, birch & oak contrast with the deep green pine & spruce. The sparkle of the sun on the water or on the pristine snow, the innumerable stars of a night-time sky, the soaring of an eagle, and the splash of a bass are waiting for you here. Rosa Lake is located in the heart of the Chequamegon National Forest; it is secluded yet less than 4 miles from Cable, Wisconsin.
We have an all-season, smoking free lake home available. "Lakeside" has a 3-bedroom and can sleep 6 comfortably. The neatly kept interior includes a fieldstone fireplace, carpeted living & bedroom areas, full bath, central air and direct TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen (microwave & dishwasher). All kitchen equipment, bedding, and towels are provided. "Lakeside" has a deck for lounging, an outdoor gas grill, and custom built firepit to sit by. Listen and watch the beautiful loons near the lake.
Rental includes use of a boat, canoe, & water bike. Public trails are nearby for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. We are conveniently located on the snowmobiling trail. Opportunities are within distance for golf, horseback riding, & downhill skiing.
Lakeside rents at $850 + tax a week (Sat. thru Sat.). Otherwise we do have a two night minimum stay at $130 + tax per night. We require a deposit of $100.
