PEACE,
QUIET, & BEAUTY: Rosa Lake Ridge is a great place to relax and
enjoy the surrounding peace and quiet in the midst of some incredible
scenery. A land locked lake with no public access or motorboat traffic to disrupt the call of the loons. The crackling of the fire from the custom built firepit offers the smells of smores and good times to be remembered by all.

FISHING: There's excellent fishing for bass, sunfish, crappies,
& northern pike on Lake Rosa.
HUNTING: Deer hunting by means of gun, bow or black powder can be rewarding in the Chequamegon National Forest.
GOLF: Courses are available for various ability levels; there
are numerous golf courses within a 30-minute drive of RLR,
DOWNHILL SKIING: Rosa Lake Ridge offers a quiet, refreshing,
& homey atmosphere after a day at one of the two ski hills located
within an hour's drive.
CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING: The Cable area is home to the nationally-known
Birkebeiner X-Country ski race in February each year, and the Birkebeiner
trail offers fantastic ski experiences weeks before and after the
race. Several other challenging trails
are also located close by. Ungroomed ski areas are also available
on Rosa Lake Ridge property.
SNOWSHOEING:
Rosa Lake Ridge offers great opportunity for snowshoe practice and
exploring our hardwood and pine forest land, and a top-notch new
public trail has recently been opened just 4 miles away.
SNOWMOBILING: Easy access to the area's network of snowmobile
trails is possible from Rosa Lake Ridge with Tri-Lakes Road doubling
as a snowmobile trail each winter.
OFF-ROAD BIKING: Quiet back roads are abundant in our area
for biking at many levels. The Chequamegon Area Mountain Biking
Association develops and maintains an extensive trail system with
access just a few miles away. Opportunities for competition are
available several times a year. The Cable area has been rated one
of the prime mountain biking areas in the United States by a national
sports magazine.
HIKING: An activity that's restricted to no particular season,
hiking near Rosa Lake offers opportunity for the child or adult,
for the novice hiker-stoller or the serious athlete in training.
Marked, public trails up to several miles in distance can be accessed
within a 10-20 minute drive.
